My rates are sliding scale, based on the budget and funding streams of the hiring organization. During our initial meeting I ask clients to select a rate that accurately reflects their access to capital and financial resources. I have a contract minimum of 1 hour of event time + 1 hour of prep/finalization. Inquire at my contact form to learn more about my current sliding scale range!

I take gigs with at least 2-weeks notice and can deliver first drafts within 3 working days of the event. I am taking graphic notes opportunities selectively over the summer, prioritizing work in Chicago and with groups I’ve worked with previously. I am not taking gigs in July or October of 2023.
